    CICO is an employee time tracking system with a Mobile app for Employees and an HR Dashboard. Employees can Clock-in from the office or when working from home.

    3How is CICO different from other attendance-tracking apps?

    CICO goes beyond traditional attendance tracking apps and allows HR managers to easily configure location for work from home, work from office, or staycations. It uses artificial intelligence to recognize employees and ensures there’s no false clock-ins.

    4Can I clock in or out remotely?

    Yes, you can clock in and out remotely at the convenience of your home, office, or any other location while you’re away. You have to notify the CICO admin of your location and he/she can configure the setting to allow you to clock in and out from that location.

    5What happens if I forget to clock out?

    If the employee has not clocked out after shift time, he will be automatically clocked out as configured in the HR Dashboard.

    6Can I edit my clock-in or clock-out time if I make a mistake?

    Employee cannot edit the clock-in or clock-out time, however the HR dashboard allows the HR to make necessary changes.
